Il quadro politico italiano, secondo la rilevazione Supermedia YouTrend/AGI al 16 aprile 2026, mostra un sostanziale equilibrio tra le principali aree. Tra i partiti di centrodestra, Fratelli d’Italia si conferma la forza trainante con il 28,1% e un leggero segno positivo, mentre Forza Italia arretra all'8,3% e la Lega mostra un timido recupero al 7,2%. Sul fronte delle opposizioni, il Partito Democratico consolida la propria posizione al 22,4% con una crescita rispetto a inizio mese, a fronte di un Movimento 5 Stelle che rimane sostanzialmente stabile al 12,8% e dell'Alleanza Verdi Sinistra in lieve flessione al 6,2%.
