Exembajador de México en China habla de la importancia del discurso por el primer ministro chino
El exembajador de México en China, José Luis Bernal, compartió su opinión sobre el discurso del primer ministro chino, Li Qiang, en la Asamblea General de las Naciones Unidas. Según Bernal, el discurso se centró en dos grandes aspectos. El primero, relacionado con la justicia y la equidad, y el segundo, con la solidaridad y el desarrollo."El primer ministro chino partió de citar un proverbio que es muy importante. Él dice: 'Nunca olvides por qué motivo empezaste tu misión, para que puedas lograr tu objetivo, para que persistas en el empeño de lograr tu objetivo'. Y no hay que olvidar, creo, que este momento de reflexión es muy importante. No hay que olvidar, que Naciones Unidas surge después de la Segunda Guerra Mundial. ¿Cuáles fueron las causas de la Segunda Guerra Mundial? Una acumulación, durante años, de medidas unilaterales, proteccionismo, el surgimiento del fascismo, diferentes invasiones, intervenciones en el plano internacional y esto llevó a esta conflagración que, después que se resuelve, da lugar al surgimiento de Naciones Unidas. En aquel momento Naciones Unidas definía una serie de principios que los países miembros, la mayoría, hemos hecho parte incluso de nuestra Constitución, como es el caso de México. Pero ahora, ante las tendencias que nos indicarían un regreso al pasado en alguno de estos elementos, tenemos que tomar en cuenta este proverbio de que no olvidemos qué fue lo que llevó a que se fundara Naciones Unidas", señaló el exembajador de México en China. #ONU80 #IGG #China #México #CGTNEspañol #xw
