Aksi Rusia itu pun dikecam oleh Amerika Serikat.
Kecaman dari AS ke Rusia itu disampaikan oleh juru bicara Departemen Luar Negeri, Matthew Miller.
Dalam pernyataannya, Mattew mengatakan bahwa Rusia bertindak sadis dalam serangan terbarunya.
"Serangan rudal biadap terhadap warga sipil," kata Mattew.
Oleh karena itu AS dengan tegas mengecam serangan Rusia.
Dilansir dari Reuters, Rusia meledakkan rumah sakit utama anak-anak di Kyiv dengan rudal saat siang hari.
Akibat serangan tersebut 41 orang dilaporkan tewas.
Seusai serangan udara Rusia tersebut, banyak orang tua yang menggendong bayinya terkejut hingga linglung dan menangis.
Kehancuran juga terjadi di mana-mana.
Sementara ratusan warga Kyiv tampak berjibaku mengevakuasi korban yang tertimpa reruntuhan dan menyingkirkan puing-puing di lokasi, setelah serangan tersebut.
