Dalam surat tersebut dibuat Hasyim karena tak kunjung memberi kepastian akan menikahi pengadu setelah memaksa berhubungan badan pada 3 Oktober 2023.
Adapun surat berisi janji-janji ke korban ditandatangani Hasyim di atas materai.
Hasyim berjanji akan mengurus balik nama apartemen menjadi atas nama korban.
Kemudian memberikan keperluan korban selama kunjungan di Indonesia termasuk tiket pesawat Belanda-Jakarta sejumlah Rp 30 juta setiap bulan serta memenuhi keperluan makan korban seminggu sekali.
Memberikan perlindungan nama baik dan kesehatan mental korban, tidak akan menikah dengan perempuan lain, serta memberi kabar minimal sehari sekali.
Nama Vincent dan Desta terseret dalam kasus tindak asusila mantan Ketua KPU Hasyim Asyari terhadap panitia pemilihan luar negeri (PPLN).
Hal itu terungkap dalam sidang putusan Dewan Kehormatan Penyelenggara Pemilu (DKPP) yang digelar pada Rabu (3/7).
Dijelaskan Hasyim Asyari sempat meminta video ucapan dari Vincent, Desta, dan Boiyen.
Video tersebut dikirim ke anggota PPLN yang berinisal CAT disertai dngan caption 'special for you diajengku'.
“Setelah proses pengambilan gambar selesai, pada tanggal 24 Oktober 2023 sekitar pukul 18.00 WIB, teradu (Hasyim Asyari) meminta kepada pembawa acara Tonight Show yang terdiri dari Saudara Vincent, saudara Desta, dan saudari Boyen untuk membuat swavideo yang ditujukan untuk menyapa PPLN di Belanda,” ujar majelis dalam sidang.
