US Central Command is urging all parties in Syria to de-escalate. The appeal comes after the government's rapid advance eastwards through the Aleppo province. Government troops are retaking control of key towns and villages that were under the control of the Kurdish-led Syrian Democratic Forces as the SDF continues to withdraw.Al Jazeera’s Zein Basravi reports from Deir Hafer as residents celebrated the departure of the SDF and the lightning advance of Syrian troops.
