Saling Bantah, Pertamina Tepis Isu Pertamax Oplosan, Kejagung Punya Bukti Pertamax Dioplos Pertalite

Pelaksana Tugas Harian (PTH) Direktur Utama Pertamina Patra Niaga, Mars Ega Legowo Putra, menegaskan pihaknya tidak melakukan praktik upgrade blending atau pencampuran Pertalite dengan Pertamax.
Hal ini disampaikan Ega dalam rapat kerja dengan Komisi XII DPR RI di kompleks parlemen, Senayan, Jakarta, Rabu (26/2/2025).
Namun hal itu langsung dibantah oleh pihak Kejagung.
Direktur Penyidikan Jampidsus Kejaksaan Agung, Abdul Qohar mengatakan bahwa ada pengoplosan RON 90 (Pertalite) atau dibawahnya RON 88 (Premium) dengan RON 92 (Pertamax).
Abdul Qohar juga menegaskan, temuan ini diungkap Kejagung berdasarkan alat bukti yang ada.
Yakni berdasarkan keterangan saksi yang telah diperiksa penyidik.
Bahkan dari keterangan saksi ini, diperoleh juga informasi soal adanya bahan bakar minyak (BBM) oplosan yang disebut dijual seharga Pertamax.
