India has arrested more than 200 Pakistan-backed terror suspects from at least 14 states. Indian Home Minister Amit Shah has accused Pakistan's Army and the ISI of fueling terrorism against India using the Shahzad Bhatti syndicate. Shahzad Bhatti is a social media influencer who radicalises and recruits youth to carry out terror attacks. The Shahzad Bhatti network uses social media platforms like Instagram and Facebook, to recruit young Indians that are unemployed and vulnerable. The Pakistani network gives cash to the youth to carry out tasks. Indian agencies have also seized weapons from the terror suspects that were arrested before the Independence Day celebrations.
