Una delegazione della Commissione parlamentare per l’infanzia e l’adolescenza si è recata in missione a Milano per raccogliere elementi informativi su baby gang, prevenzione e contrasto alla criminalità minorile, sulle iniziative di recupero dei giovani a rischio, sull’approccio della giustizia minorile e le misure alternative alla detenzione, in alcune aree critiche della città.

Tra le zone visitate, il quartiere San Siro. «Aumentano i reati commessi dai minorenni. C’è percezione di insicurezza e i reati assumono sempre modalità più violente. Bisogna occuparsene. Milano però ha un grande cuore solidale, è il terzo settore che talvolta arriva prima che arrivino le istituzioni», così la presidente della commissione Michela Vittoria Brambilla
