Kemacetan Panjang di Jakarta Timur Akibat Hujan Deras SAPA PAGI
KOMPAS.TV - Hujan deras dan genangan air, membuat kendaraan yang melintas dari arah Pulogadung menuju Cawang, nyaris tak bergerak. Pemotor bahkan nekat menaiki separator jalan untuk melawan arah demi menghindari macet panjang.Selain itu akibat hujan lebat, ruas Jalan TB Simatupang, Cilandak, Jakarta Selatan, tergenang, membuat kondisi arus lalu lintas terputus dari arah Cilandak menuju Fatmawati.
Kendaraan roda dua yang nekat melintas, mogok. Macet panjang juga disebabkan banyak kendaraan yang memilih di jalur sebelah kanan. Genangan yang terjadi di ruas jalan saat hujan deras, diduga karena saluran drainase tak mampu menampung debit air hujan, hingga meluap ke jalan.
Banjir setinggi 40 sentimeter menggenangi underpass Tol Cawang, Halim, Jakarta Timur pada Minggu sore. Kendaraan terpaksa menggunakan satu lajur yang lebih tinggi untuk menghindari banjir. Kemacetan terjadi dari arah Bekasi menuju Tanjung Priok.
Air setinggi 20 sentimeter juga merendam sebagian ruas Tol Dalam Kota, tepatnya di kilometer 0-800 arah Cikampek. Petugas Sumber Daya Air disiagakan untuk mengaktifkan pompa dan menyedot banjir dari ruas jalan tol.
