Today marks the 29th anniversary of the Srebrenica genocide. Starting on the 11th of July 1995, more than 8,372 Bosnian Muslim men and boys were murdered and buried in mass graves in the worst war crime on European soil since World War 2. The bodies are still being identified till today, and given a proper burial every year on the 11th of July.We must never forget Srebrenica and we must continue to stand against all forms of genocide and ethnic cleansing.
As we remember the past, we see the parallels with the ongoing genocide by carried out by supremacist Zionism in Gaza today. We must stand up for justice and keep talking about Palestine and working for Palestine until Palestine is free.
