Rather than hardcoding approvers inside the app or flow, we’ll maintain them in a simple SharePoint Approval Configuration list with an Approver and Approval Order. Power Automate dynamically loops through the configured approvers and routes the request through each approval stage.
Thanks to new screen template - we can visually track who’s completed, who’s currently approving, who’s waiting, and where a request was rejected
