Russland wirft Kiew vor, Streumunition eingesetzt und sogar einen Ferienort getroffen zu haben. Dabei spricht Moskau von drei Toten und mindestens 16 Verletzten. Klar ist aber: Die Ukraine greift nicht nur regelmäßig die Krim an, sondern attackiert zunehmend auch Raffinerien und Energieinfrastruktur tief im Kernland der Russischen Föderation. Für Putin sind diese Schläge mehr als Nadelstiche – auch wenn Experten betonen: Ein Gamechanger sind diese Operationen nicht.
