Bareskrim Panggil Kades Kohod Sebagai Tersangka Kasus Pagar Laut Pekan Depan

JAKARTA, KOMPAS.TV - Kepala Desa (Kades) Kohod, Arsin, akan diperiksa sebagai tersangka oleh penyidik Badan Reserse Kriminal (Bareskrim) Polri, pada Senin (24/2/2025) pekan depan.

Direktur Tindak Pidana Umum Bareskrim Polri Brigjen Djuhandhani Rahardjo Puro mengatakan panggilan pemeriksaan itu merupakan yang pertama kali setelah Arsin Cs ditetapkan sebagai tersangka.

"Saat ini kita sudah melaksanakan upaya paksa, yaitu berupa pemanggilan tersangka. Dan kemudian, manakala kita sudah melaksanakan upaya semacam ini, tentu saja kita mengikuti ketentuan ataupun aturan yang sudah diatur," ujar Dirtipidum Bareskrim Polri, Brigjen Pol Djuhandhani Rahardjo Puro, Jumat (21/2/2025).
