Adapun Noel memiliki harta kekayaan mencapai Rp 17,62 miliar.
Sumber kekayaan terbesar Noel berasal dari tanah dan bangunan senilai Rp 12,15 miliar.
Dikutip dari TribunnewsDepok, rumah Noel yang pertama berada di samping Musala Al Ikhlas Perumahan Taman Manggis Permai Depok.
Rumah tersebut memiliki dua lantai, terdapat garasi dengan pintu besi hitam dan sampingnya terdapat gerbang berwarna putih.
Sementara di lantai dua, terdapat teras yang dipenuhi tanaman dan ruang dengan corak dinding bata merah.
Tidak diketahui pasti luas keseluruhan bangunan tersebut karena diapit dua rumah lainnya.
Sedangkan rumah kedua, berada di Blok P, Perumahan Taman Manggis Permai, Kelurahan Sukamaju, Kecamatan Cilodong, Depok.
Bangunan rumah kedua terlihat lebih baru dari rumah pertama dan sama-sama memiliki dua lantai.
Rumah kedua ini dilengkapi dengan gerbang besi tinggi berwarna putih.
Kira-kira, luas bangunan rumah kedua Noel mencapai panjang 15 meter persegi dan lebar 8 meter persegi.
Pada Kamis (21/8) petang, mobil berwarna silver, sepeda listrik, dan sepeda kayuh terparkir di teras rumah.
Tetangga Noel, Yadi membenarkan teman bermainnya masa kecil itu memiliki dua rumah di Perumahan Taman Manggis Permai Depok.
Meskipun, setelah Noel menjabat sebagai Wamenaker, rumahnya sudah jarang ditempati.
Yadi menyebut Noel kerap berbaur dengan masyarakat meski sekadar membahas lingkungan hingga bermain catur.
