Ukraine zweifelt zunehmend an Nato-ZusagenNach der Münchner Sicherheitskonferenz bleibt die Debatte über Sicherheitsgarantien für die Ukraine heikel. In Kiew ist die Skepsis groß, ob westliche Truppen nach einem möglichen Kriegsende tatsächlich in der Ukraine stationiert würden. Moskau lehnt jede Präsenz westlicher Soldaten категорisch ab. Ein ukrainischer Kommandeur betont im Fernsehen, bisher deute nichts darauf hin, dass Partnerländer Soldaten entsenden – vielerorts seien Besuche sogar auf Kiew oder Lwiw begrenzt. In der Ukraine wächst deshalb die Hoffnung auf „Hilfe zur Selbsthilfe“: mehr Waffen, Technologie und Ausbau der Rüstungsproduktion, um langfristig eigenständig abschrecken zu können.
