Eskalasi Perang Iran-Israel Meningkat: KBRI Teheran Siaga Satu, Langkah Evakuasi WNI Disiapkan
KOMPAS.TV - Menteri Luar Negeri, Sugiono, menegaskan bahwa pemerintah telah menetapkan status siaga satu untuk Kedutaan Besar Republik Indonesia (KBRI) di Teheran, Iran.Keputusan ini diambil seiring dengan meningkatnya eskalasi perang antara Iran dan Israel dalam dua hari terakhir.
Sebagai langkah antisipasi, Menlu meminta KBRI Teheran menyiapkan rencana evakuasi terhadap 380 Warga Negara Indonesia (WNI) yang berada di Iran. Evakuasi direncanakan melalui jalur darat apabila situasi memburuk.
Pemerintah Indonesia juga akan mengajukan permohonan kepada negara-negara tetangga Iran agar mempermudah akses lintas perbatasan bagi WNI yang dievakuasi.
