這本書是《正確犯錯》，作者是提出「心理安全感」的哈佛商學院教授艾美．艾德蒙森（Amy Edmondson）。她指出：「並不是所有的錯誤都是平等的。有些錯誤能讓你成長、創新、進化；而有些錯誤，只會讓你重複跌倒、受挫、甚至拖垮整個團隊。」
也就是說，「失敗為成功之母」這句話有一個必備的前提：只有當你學會區分「值得的失敗」和「愚蠢的失敗」的時候，這句話才會成立。
