- Fernando Yazbek é formado em Relações Internacionais pela UNICURITIBA. Também estudou Ciência Política na UFPR e fez pós graduação em História do Oriente na PUC-PR. Foi o mais jovem coordenador da história do United Nations Global Compact no Brasil, iniciativa do secretariado geral das Nações Unidas.
