Pemantauan hilal di Masjid KH Asy'ari ini dilakukan oleh Lembaga Falakiyah PWNU DKI Jakarta.
Ketua Lembaga Falakiyah PWNU DKI Jakarta KH Abdul Holik mengatakan, pemantauan hilal dilakukan pada pukul 18.12 hingga 18.32 WIB atau selama 20 menit.
Nantinya, apapun hasil dari pemantauan hilal di tempat ini akan disampaikan kepada Pengurus Besar Nahdlatul Ulama (PBNU) untuk dikirimkan ke Kementerian Agama yang bakal menggelar sidang isbat malam nanti.
