Nach dem unter Federführung von Bill Gates 2019 hergestellten Prototyp haben sich sog. Micropatches rapide weiterentwickelt und sind am besten Weg zur Serienreife. Diese "Injektionspflaster" vereinen die Fähigkeit der intradermalen Applikation (d.h.in die Haut) von mmRNA-Substanzen und einer individuellen unsichtbaren Markierung, wobei zahlreiche Daten mittels Spezialgerät ablesbar sind - ein bedrohliches Instrument in Richtung genereller Überwachung und ein weiterer Schritt in Richtung einer digitalen Fussfessel.
