Chiara Ferragni si è presentata oggi in Tribunale a Milano in occasione della seconda udienza pre-dibattimentale del procedimento che la vede imputata per truffa aggravata, insieme all'ex braccio destro Fabio Maria Damato e al presidente di Cerealitalia‑ID Francesco Cannillo, dopo i casi del pandoro Balocco Pink Christmas e delle uova di Pasqua in collaborazione con Dolci Preziosi. Cadute le accuse, invece, nei confronti di Alessandra Balocco, ad dell'azienza dolciaria piemontese recentemente deceduta.Assistita dai legali Giuseppe Iannaccone e Marcello Bana, l'influencer di Cremona (che si è sempre dichiarata estraneaalle accuse) è entrata nell'aula della terza sezione penale, davanti al giudice Ilio Mannucci Pacini, nell'udienza a porte chiuse nella quale oggi sono in programma la decisione sulle parti civili e la scelta del rito da celebrare: al momento è probabile possa trattarsi del rito abbreviato, con udienze già in calendario per il 25 novembre e il 19 dicembre. La sentenza è attesa per il prossimo 14 gennaio. "Grazie per l'attenzione", ha dichiarato intanto la 38enne ai giornalisti presenti.
