"Quello che mi sento di dire, dopo avere ricevuto le lettere firmate A e EC, è che considero un grande errore trasformare un tradimento in un dramma capace di stravolgere un rapporto di coppia felice. Le nostre cellule cambiano di continuo, non siamo più la persona che eravamo, né siamo ancora quella che saremo. Eppure, chissà perché, pretendiamo che solo l’amore di coppia si sottragga a questa inesorabile legge di natura, scavalcando le ere geologiche della nostra esistenza senza mai un cedimento, un’oscillazione, una pausa. Non è giusto mettere sullo stesso piano tutti i tradimenti. Ci sono storie finite a cui il tradimento si limita a dare il colpo di grazia.
