St. Jude Square es un barrio sumido en el miedo y la desesperación. Las bandas rivales de los jefes locales Dash y Antuan aterrorizan las calles y los ciudadanos viven sin esperanza... hasta que un misterioso forastero, Ryan Hong (Cung Le), llega al lugar.
