Kabid Humas Polda Metro Jaya, Kombes Ade Ary Syam Indradi menyebut laporan itu diterimanya setelah beberapa jam ricuh demo DPR.
Dia menjelaskan, saat kericuhan terjadi ada kendaraan bermotor yang hangus terbakar, diduga dilakukan oleh massa.
Pagar kawat di depan DPR hingga separator busway juga dirobohkan massa demonstran.
Di sisi lain, Wakil Ketua Komisi III DPR RI, Ahmad Sahroni, turut menyoroti kericuhan demo kemarin.
Menurutnya, gesekan antara massa dan aparat bukan bagian dari penyampaian aspirasi, melainkan ulah oknum yang berpikiran preman.
Sahroni pun mendorong Polda Metro Jaya untuk menindak tegas pelaku kericuhan, termasuk jika mereka masih di bawah umur.
Lebih lanjut, Sahroni mengaku diam-diam menyimakk orasi massa aksi bertajuk 'Bubarkan DPR'.
Setelah mendengar langsung orasi massa, Sahroni menyampaikan apresiasi terhadap cara penyampaian aspirasi yang dilakukan secara terbuka dan damai.
Ia menilai aksi tersebut dilakukan di tempat yang tepat dan dengan cara yang patut dihargai.
Meski begitu, Sahroni tidak menanggapi tuntutan substantif dari massa, melainkan lebih fokus pada kericuhan yang sempat terjadi.
