"Abbiamo grande fiducia nel lavoro del Governo, del ministro Tajani e della Commissione europea con il commissario Sefcovic, per evitare imposizione di dazi. Il danno sarebbe innanzitutto per gli Stati Uniti, per i cittadini americani, con rischi di carenze, aumento dei costi assicurativi e sanitari e un impatto sul Pil. Ma si rischierebbe anche di far scappare ricerca e investimenti verso la Cina. Questo rischio va scongiurato nell'interesse degli Stati Uniti e dell'Europa. Noi siamo convinti che sui farmaci l'equazione debba essere 0 a 0, ovvero l'interconnessione della filiera farmaceutica tra le due sponde atlantiche" così il presidente di Farmindustria Marcello Cattani, a margine dell'assemblea di Farmindustria.
