Bayi Meninggal Usai Imunisasi, Dinkes Sukabumi: Diduga Masuk Kategori KIPI Serius
SUKABUMI, KOMPAS.TV - Di Kota Sukabumi, Jawa Barat, seorang bayi meninggal dunia usai imunisasi pada 11 Juni lalu.Dinas Kesehatan Sukabumi menyebut peristiwa itu diduga masuk dalam kategori Kejadian Ikutan Pasca Imunisasi atau KIPI serius dan telah dilaporkan kepada Komnas KIPI untuk dilakukan investigasi.
Anak bernama Muhamad Kenzie Arifin itu tiba-tiba membiru dan pucat selang beberapa jam usai imunisasi.
Menurut pihak orangtua, kenzie dinyatakan sehat sebelum imunisasi. Lalu bayi berusia 3 bulan itu mendapatkan 4 imunisasi sekaligus yaitu BCG, DPT, Polio dan Rotavirus.
Saat kondisi memburuk, kenzie sempat mendapatkan pertolongan pertama. Namun Kenzie diduga meninggal dunia dalam perjalanan ke rumah sakit.
Menurut Dinas Kesehatan Sukabumi imunisasi ganda yang dilakukan kepada Kenzie sudah sesuai prosedur.
Hingga kini, Dinkes Sukabumi belum mengetahui penyebab pasti meninggalnya Kenzie dan tengah menunggu hasil investigasi Tim Independen Komnas KIPI.
Sementara pihak keluarga sudah melaporkan kasus ini Polres Sukabumi.
