BANDUNG, KOMPASTV - Pihak kuasa hukum Pegi Setiawan meminta keterangan saksi ahli Suhandi Cahaya terkait nama Pegi yang berbeda dengan DPO, hingga penyitaan barang bukti sebelum adanya pemeriksaan terlebih dahulu."Apabila seseorang DPO tapi belum tersangka hanya diduga pelaku. Kemudian bersamaan waktu penyidik melakukan pemeriksaan penelusuran tersangka, mendatangi rumah tersangka, tersangka tidak ada di tempat, kemudian barang bukti diduga dilakukan tersangka dilakukan penyitaan sebelum adanya penetapan tersangka. Tidak ada BAP, tidak ada penetapan dari pengadilan terkait penyitaan. Apakah itu dibenarkan?” tanya Kuasa Hukum Pegi.
“Bahwa penyitaan itu ada 2 pertama penyidik mesti izin pengadilan untuk sita, apabila sita kalau izin belum ada dalam waktu 3 hari ada izin. DPO ada 3 satu atas nama Pegi Perong bukan Pegi Setiawan. Saya melihat secara objektif Pegi Setiawan dengan Pegi Perong beda, kalau sama ahli tidak duduk di sini,” jawab Suhandi.
