๐ดDedi Mulyadi Ikut Temani Ayah Pegi Setiawan Hadiri Sidang Praperadilan di PN Bandung
TRIBUN-VIDEO.COM - Mantan Bupati Purwakarta, Dedi Mulyadi, ikut menyaksikan sidang praperadilan Pegi Setiawan, di Pengadilan Negeri (PN) Bandung, Selasa (2/7/2024).Dedi Mulyadi tiba di PN Bandung sekitar pukul 09.10, bersama Rudi Irawan ayah kandung Pegi Setiawan.
"Saya nemenin ayahnya Pegi, kebetulan kuasa hukumnya dari Peradi dan saya datang ke sini untuk sama-sama menyaksikan sebuah proses uji oleh Pengadilan Negeri terhadap gugatan yang dilakukan oleh Pegi," ujar Dedi Mulyadi, di PN Bandung, Selasa (2/7/2024).
Melalui praperadilan ini, kata dia, diharapkan dapat menghasilkan putusan yang objektif sehingga publik bisa mendapatkan kepastian dan keadilan hukum di Indonesia.
"Saya di sini memandu masyarakat yang mengalami kesulitan. Kan itu bisa dilihat dari awal dua bulan saya melakukan proses komunikasi kemudian mewawancarai semua pihak, tujuannya adalah menyajikan sajian-sajian yang objektif, sehingga sajian itu bisa dilihat oleh Pak Presiden, Pak Kapolri, Pak Kabareskrim, Kapolda, Direskrimum dan semua pihak termasuk masyarakat," katanya.
Selanjutnya, kata dia, membawa wacana ini ke lembaga yang memiliki otoritas yaitu Polri dari mulai Polsek, Polres, Polda hingga sampai Mabes Polri.
"Agar seluruh rangkaian yang di channel saya diuji melalui proses penyelidikan dan penyidikan," katanya. (*)
