Ayam Belengas Viral | Sos Pekat Berkilat, Ayam Rangup & Juicy

Ayam Belengas Viral ni lauk ayam goreng bersalut sos pekat, manis pedas dan berkilat. Ayam digoreng dulu sampai keemasan, kemudian digaulkan dengan sos tiram, sos cili, sos tomato dan kicap pekat manis. Sedap makan panas-panas dengan nasi putih.

Bahan-Bahan:

Bahan Perapan Ayam:
- 1/2 ekor ayam
- 1 sudu kecil garam
- 1 sudu kecil serbuk kunyit
- 1 sudu besar tepung jagung
- 1 sudu kecil serbuk pati ayam atau Cukup Rasa

Bahan Lain:
- 1 senduk minyak masak
- 2 ulas bawang putih
- 1/2 inci halia
- 2 sudu besar sos tiram
- 3 sudu besar sos cili
- 3 sudu besar sos tomato
- 3 sudu besar kicap pekat manis
- Lobak merah dan kacang panjang
- Cili padi merah dan hijau
- 1/2 biji bawang Holland
- Sedikit air
- Daun bawang untuk hiasan

Tips:
Tepung jagung membantu ayam jadi lebih rangup di luar, sos lebih mudah melekat, permukaan ayam nampak cantik berkilat, dan isi ayam kekal juicy walaupun selepas digaulkan dengan sos.

Chicken Marinade:
- 1/2 chicken
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp chicken seasoning powder or all-purpose seasoning

Other Ingredients:
- 1 ladle cooking oil
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/2 inch ginger
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 3 tbsp chilli sauce
- 3 tbsp tomato sauce
- 3 tbsp thick sweet soy sauce
- Carrot and long beans
- Red and green bird’s eye chillies
- 1/2 yellow onion
- A little water
- Spring onion for garnish
