VENEZIA (ITALPRESS) - Prima dell’inizio della conferenza stampa del film The Voice of Hind Rajab di Kaouther Ben Hania, l’attrice Saja Kilani ha lanciato un appello: "A nome di tutti questi attori, in nome dell’intera squadra, chiediamo: non basta? Basta uccisioni di massa, fame, disumanizzazione, distruzione, occupazione continua. La voce di Hind Rajab non ha bisogno della nostra difesa. Questo film non è un’opinione o una fantasia, è ancorato alla verità. La sua storia carica il peso di tutta una popolazione. La sua voce è una delle trenta mila bambine e bambini uccisi a Gaza negli ultimi due anni. È la voce di ogni figlia e di ogni figlio, con il diritto di vivere, di sognare, di esistere dignitosamente. Tutto ciò è stato rovinato davanti a ogni occhio. E queste sono solo le voci che conosciamo. Dietro ogni numero c’è una storia che non ha mai potuto essere raccontata. La storia di Hind riguarda una bambina che grida: “Salvami”. E la vera domanda è: come abbiamo permesso a una bambina di dover implorare la vita? Nessuno può vivere in pace mentre anche un solo bambino è costretto a chiedere di sopravvivere. Lasciamo che la voce di Hind Rajab risuoni in tutto il mondo. Per la giustizia, per la sicurezza dell’umanità, per il futuro di ogni bambino".The Voice of Hind Rajab racconta un episodio realmente accaduto a Gaza: una bambina di sei anni rimase intrappolata in un’auto insieme ai cadaveri di sei familiari uccisi, in attesa dei soccorsi. Nel film, la sua voce è quella originale: i file audio, numerati e catalogati, sono integrati nella narrazione e in ogni momento viene indicata chiaramente la loro fonte.
