Accenderemo oltre 500 luminarie che da via dell'Archeologia, una delle piazze di spaccio più grandi d'Europa, illumineranno tutto il territorio del Municipio delle Torri", lo dice il Presidente del Municipio VI delle Torri di Roma, Nicola Franco, dopo la presentazione dell'evento insieme sala stampa della Camera dei deputati, al Vicepresidente della Camera dei deputati Fabio Rampelli, che ha dichiarato: "Mi sono associato a quest'iniziativa perchè 'ho ritenuta "illuminante". Ho chiesto ai cittadini romani di donare una luminaria alla periferia Est di Roma, buia e ad alto tasso di criminalità, con una diffusione inquietante di stupefacenti, con alto tasso di immigrazione.
