KOMPAS.TV - Eksekusi dua rumah milik warga di Maros, Sulawesi Selatan, mendapat penolakan keras dari keluarga tergugat.Aksi saling dorong terjadi antara pihak tergugat dan petugas pengamanan dari Polres Maros.
Keluarga tergugat bahkan menahan mobil pengangkut alat berat yang akan digunakan untuk pembongkaran.
Beberapa anggota keluarga berteriak histeris, sementara seorang ahli waris harus digotong karena terus berupaya menghalau alat berat.
Pihak tergugat menilai eksekusi tersebut tidak sah karena objek sengketa dinilai tidak jelas dan salah sasaran.
Namun, eksekusi tetap dilakukan berdasarkan putusan perkara perdata pengadilan negeri.
Meski sempat diwarnai ketegangan, eksekusi akhirnya dapat dilaksanakan setelah petugas kepolisian berhasil menenangkan keluarga tergugat.
