While we were in New York City, I finally visited our 3PL warehouse in Brooklyn FOR THE FIRST TIME EVER to see where byXTRA orders are stored, packed, and shipped. We also spent some time exploring NYC before heading to JFK and flying business class back to Tokyo (our first time from New York!!)
BUTTTT, once I returned to Japan, everything became even more stressful. It was literally my birthday, but instead of celebrating, I spent the entire day working: shooting campaign photos, preparing launch content, fixing last-minute problems, and dealing with more manufacturing delays.
Running a fashion brand looks exciting online, but behind every clothing launch are months of product development, inventory, logistics, quality control, deadlines, and problems that customers never see. At one point, I genuinely started wondering whether I should quit because it's all voluntary stress.
This is the final vlog before the SUMMER IS FOREVER launch—and by the end, I finally figured out how to move forward.
