一門2019年推出、到了去年與前年每年仍有數十萬元營收的線上課程，為什麼要免費公開？這不是賣不動之後的清倉，而是我重新思考：有些錢即使還能賺，是否已經不值得繼續賺。
我曾經經營線上課程平台，很清楚一門課從發想到上線需要多少時間。你看到的是剛上架的新商品，裡面卻可能裝著一年，甚至一年半以前形成的答案。當AI讓資訊取得變得即時，我們更需要問：今天付費購買的，究竟是知識，還是真正能幫助自己改變的學習？
這一集也會談到熟悉的課程推薦。當KOL、主持人與YouTuber成為固定銷售通路，他的推薦究竟來自完整理解，還是在完成商業合作？拿錢辦事沒有錯，問題是，我們是否把對一個人的信任，整包交給了他正在銷售的商品。
另一個需要看懂的，是平台怎麼活。當廣告、人事與製作成本不斷墊高，它還有多少空間嘗試有價值、卻尚未被市場驗證的內容？平台選課，是因為使用者需要，還是因為比較容易賣？
買錯一門課，損失的不只是幾千塊。更昂貴的是你投入的注意力，以及再也追不回來的時間。
知識可以免費；真正值得付費的，是針對個別情境的理解、即時回饋，以及從知道走到做到的過程。下一次購課以前，先問清楚：這門課真正值得我付出的，究竟是錢，還是人生的一段時間？
