Potrà sostenerla se ci consegna tutto l’oro che ha in casa». Quando una 85enne di Mappano ha ricevuto la chiamata, ha subito capito che si trattava di un tentativo di truffa. L’anziana, che non ha figli maschi, si è subito rivolta alla figlia, che a sua volta ha avvisato i carabinieri di Venaria. I militari dell’Arma le hanno suggerito di reggere il gioco, consentendo di arrestare il truffatore in flagranza. Quando una 41enne polacca si è presentata a casa, la donna ha inscenato confusione e agitazione quando il medico l'ha messa in contatto con un uomo che si spacciava per il figlio. I carabinieri hanno atteso l’arrivo della 41enne che, una volta entrata in possesso dell’oro, è stata arrestata per tentata truffa aggravata. La donna era inoltre in possesso di altri gioielli, un orologio dal valore di 15 mila euro e 450 euro in contanti, ritenuti provento di un’analoga truffa su cui ora indagano gli investigatori L’85enne non è nuova a simili episodi.
