Dr. Farah Nadeem talks about unlocking one's student agency through hidden curriculum in classrooms. With a Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Washington, Dr, Farah Nadeem leverages machine learning and advanced analytics to dismantle barriers to educational access and success. Her interdisciplinary career spans significant leadership roles, including serving as a faculty member at the School of Education and the Director of the Office of Accessibility and Inclusion at LUMS, and the Assistant Director of Academics at The City School Network.An advocate for evidence-based reform, Dr. Nadeem has orchestrated large-scale initiatives to improve educational equity. She notably led the Monitoring & Evaluation team for the Punjab Education Sector Reforms Programme, where she managed data systems for 52,000 schools and 11 million students. Whether working with UNICEF on literacy programs or designing inclusive university policies, Dr. Nadeem is dedicated to translating complex data into actionable strategies that ensure every learner counts.
