Ketua Timwas DPR: Pansus Haji Masih Dikaji, Tunggu Bukti Pelanggaran
JAKARTA, KOMPAS.TV - Ketua Timwas Haji DPR RI Cucun Ahmad menyatakan, usulan pembentukan Panitia Khusus (Pansus) Haji untuk mengevaluasi penyelenggaraan haji 2025 masih dalam proses kajian.Menurutnya, pembentukan Pansus harus melalui pertimbangan mendalam, khususnya terkait dugaan pelanggaran terhadap Undang-Undang Nomor 8 Tahun 2019 tentang Penyelenggaraan Ibadah Haji dan Umrah.
"Pansus itu dibentuk untuk pendalaman atau penyelidikan atas pelanggaran yang dilakukan pemerintah. Seperti tahun 2024 lalu, Pansus dibentuk karena ada pelanggaran pembagian kuota haji tambahan antara haji reguler dan haji khusus," ujar Cucun kepada Parlementaria di Makkah, Arab Saudi, Selasa (10/6/2025).
