Rangkaian tradisi tersebut di antaranya pembacaan Ikrar Perwira Remaja dan penciuman panji kebesaran TNI AD Kartika Eka Paksi.
Peraih Adhi Mayakasa atau lulusan terbaik abituren Akademi Militer 2024 yakni Letda Infanteri I Made Aditya Wahyu Palguna tampil mewakili angkatan di hadapan para petinggi Markas Besar TNI Angkatan Darat dan orang tua serta keluarga para perwira remaja yang hadir dalam acara tersebut.
Kepala Staf Angkatan Darat Jenderal TNI Maruli Simanjuntak mengatakan dalam amanatnya mengucapkan selamat datang kepada seluruh perwira remaja di lingkungan Mabes TNI AD dan selamat bertugas di jajaran TNI AD.
Ia menjelaskan acara tradisi penerimaan Perwira Remaja merupakan bagian dari pembinaan satuan yang bertujuan memupuk solidaritas, menumbuhkan rasa bangga, menjaga kehormatan, meningkatkan semangat juang, dan membentuk karakter sesuai jati diri prajurit.
