No fue el hombre más querido, ni el más reconocido, ni el más laureado… Ni siquiera el más brillante, aunque dejó muchos destellos de genialidad. Pero si es uno de esos hombres especiales que dejan una huella profunda, de los que pasan a la historia, especialmente por su actuación en la Segunda Guerra Mundial. Hoy hablaremos del general Patton, un hombre con carisma, un hombre con agallas. Un tipo que cuando establecía una cabeza de puente sobre un río, echaba una meada en él. Patton es un personaje de película, no es de extrañar, por tanto, que cuente con su propio biopic filmado en 1970, un film que ganó 7 óscars, incluido el de mejor película.
