MALLORCA: Luxus-Boot strandet am Traumstrand in Spanien

Ein Strandtag auf Mallorca wird plötzlich zur spektakulären Szene: Am Strand von Magaluf steuert eine rund zwölf Meter lange Motorjacht in die Badezone und läuft nur wenige Meter vom Ufer entfernt auf Grund. Hunderte Urlauber verfolgen den Zwischenfall, viele filmen mit ihren Handys. Rettungsschwimmer bringen Badegäste aus dem Wasser, die Polizei sperrt den Bereich ab. Erste Versuche, die Jacht wieder freizubekommen, scheitern. Erst nach rund zwei Stunden gelingt es einem privaten Boot, das manövrierunfähige Schiff freizuschleppen und Richtung Puerto Portals zu bringen. Verletzt wird niemand – doch der Vorfall sorgt am Strand für großes Aufsehen und wirft Fragen zur Sicherheit in Badezonen auf.
