오늘은 오랜만에 간장게장을 담가봤어요!

이번에 준비한 게는 사이즈부터 남달랐는데요!
뚜껑을 열어보는 순간 알이 정말 꽉 차 있어서
보기만 해도 군침이 줄줄 나오는 비주얼..

한 입 딱 먹는 순간!
탱글탱글한 살이 입안 가득 퍼지면서
적당한 짭조름함 뒤에 따라오는 게살의 자연스러운 단맛이
정말 미소가 절로 나오게 하더라구요!

특히 내장은 진짜.. 말이 필요 없었어요
입에 넣자마자 고소함이 확 퍼지는데
내장이 이렇게 고소하고 깊은 맛을 낼 수 있다는 게
신기할 정도로 풍미가 좋았어요
알이 꽉 차 있다는 게 이런 거구나 싶을 정도로
만족도가 정말 높았어요.

간장게장은 사실 간장 맛이 너무 강하면
게 본연의 맛이 묻히기 쉬운데
이번에는 간도 너무 짜지 않게 딱 적당해서
게의 자연스러운 단맛이 더 잘 살아났던것 같아요!
오늘도 정말 맛있게 잘 먹었습니다😋
