Hari Lahir Pancasila 1 Juni pernah tidak diakui, bahkan tidak dibolehkan untuk diperingati pada masa pemerintahan rezim Orde Baru.Demikian disampaikan Ketua DPP Bidang Ideologi dan Kaderisasi PDI Perjuangan, Djarot Saiful Hidayat, saat menyampaikan amanat upacara Hari Lahir Pancasila 1 Juni yang digelar di halaman Masjid At-Taufiq, Lenteng Agung, Jakarta Selatan, Minggu (1/6/2025).
"Terbukti bahwa sejarah yang dibelokkan oleh rezim Orde Baru telah menemukan jalannya sendiri, meskipun kita harus selalu berjuang agar sejarah ini benar-benar bisa diluruskan dan diketahui oleh generasi mendatang," kata Djarot yang bertindak sebagai inspektur upacara.
