In einem offenen Brief hat sich der ukrainische Präsident Selenskyi an Putin gewandt. Er schlägt Russlands Präsident direkte Friedensgespräche in einem neutralen Land vor. Kurz zuvor hatte eine ukrainische Drohne den Hafen von St. Petersburg getroffen. Eine Blamage für Putin, denn zeitgleich fand in Putins Vorzeigestadt das wichtigstes Wirtschaftsforum statt. DW-Korrespondent Juri Rescheto bezweifelt, dass Putin zeitnah einlenkt.
