Termasuk mengerahkan kendaraan militer hingga menembus wilayah Lebanon.
Hal itu disampaikan Gallant kepada pasukannya saat berkunjung ke perbatasan Gaza pada Rabu (3/7/2024).
Ia menyebut, tank-tank yang keluar dari pertempuran di Rafah dapat mencapai Sungai Litani.
Sungai ini terletak di Lebanon selatan, tepatnya 16 kilometer dari perbatasan utara Israel.
Israel telah menuntut Hizbullah agar menarik mundur pasukannya menjauhi Sungai Litani.
Gallant mengaku, pihaknya lebih suka mengambil kesepakatan dalam konflik ini.
Namun jika Hizbullah terus melewati garis yang dilarang, ia menegaskan bakal melawan.
"Kami menyerang Hizbullah dengan sangat keras setiap hari dan kami juga akan mencapai kondisi kesiapan penuh untuk mengambil tindakan apa pun yang diperlukan di Lebanon," kata Gallant, dikutip dari The Times of Israel, Kamis (4/7/2024).
