DPR Respons Polemik Tunjangan, Pengamat Minta Keterbukaan Remunerasi hingga Kebijakan | SATU MEJA
JAKARTA, KOMPAS.TV - Pakar Kebijakan Publik, Yanuar Nugroho mengatakan penting adanya keterbukaan remunerasi dalam polemik tunjangan anggota DPR.Maka menurutnya, perlu ada Komisi Remunerasi independen baik untuk DPR atau pejabat negara, agar lebih mudah diaudit dan dilaporkan penggunaannya.
"Lalu gaji itu single package. Saya setuju tidak usah banyak tunjangan, jadikan satu, lebih mudah diaudit, dan lebih mudah dilaporkan digunakan untuk apa. Keterbukaan mesti diinstitusionalisasi. Kalau tidak ada keterbukaan, trust tidak akan terbangun. Yang dikomunikasikan apa? Termasuk menjalankan kebijakan dan pemerintahan," katanya.
Anggota DPR Fraksi Partai Golkar, Ahmad Doli Kurnia setuju dengan usulan keterbukaan remunerasi untuk memaksimalkan kebutuhan kinerja.
"Saya berharap masyarakat objektif. Lihat institusinya, ok. Tapi lihat mana wakil rakyat yang tidak bekerja. Nah kalau tidak bekerja, silakan mau datang marah-marah, silakan aja. Itu buat kami terus alert, mawas diri, kita harus kerja tanggung jawab semaksimal mungkin," katanya.
