Wer die meisten Wählerstimmen holt, kommt in den Bundestag – so war es bisher. Durch das neue Wahlrecht, das die Ampel eingeführt hat, ziehen einzelne Wahlkreisgewinner nicht mehr ins Parlament ein. Das sorgt zwar dafür, dass der Bundestag endlich nicht mehr aus allen Nähten platzt, stößt aber auch auf großen Protest bei der Union. Die will das Wahlrecht direkt wieder verändern. Ist das wirklich sinnvoll?
