CATANIA (ITALPRESS) - "Le proposte sono state elaborate in sinergia con le federazioni, le unioni sindacali territoriali della Cisl e i nostri coordinamenti. Il lavoro ha richiesto circa un mese e mezzo e ci siamo concentrati sulla suddivisione degli obiettivi in tre fasi: breve, medio e lungo termine. Alcuni interventi possono essere realizzati subito, senza alterare i piani finanziari, semplicemente ottimizzando le risorse disponibili. Penso, ad esempio, alla possibilità di dare personalità giuridica ai distretti socio-sanitari. Basterebbe un intervento normativo per uniformare le politiche socio-economiche all'interno dei distretti e dei singoli comuni. Sul tema della legalità, riteniamo che si possa fare di più, ad esempio attraverso la creazione di un accordo quadro che coinvolga tutti gli enti interessati e imponga alle aziende l’inserimento e l’aggiornamento costante dei dati, condizione imprescindibile per la partecipazione agli appalti".Lo ha dichiarato il segretario della Cisl Sicilia, Leonardo La Piana, intervenendo a Catania all’incontro "Il coraggio delle idee: le proposte della Cisl per partecipare insieme al futuro della Sicilia", anticipando alcuni contenuti delle sei proposte pensate dalla Cisl per intervenire sul settore economico, produttivo, sociale, formativo della Sicilia.
