Adapun Turki, menyebut serangan Israel sebagai sabotase terhadap upaya damai Suriah.
Hingga negara negara adidaya lain seperti, Uni Eropa, Uni Emirat Arab dan Norwegia menekankan pentingnya menghormati kedaulatan Suriah.
