Para entenderlo, viajamos hasta Vietnam y su reforma Doi Moi: el modelo de capitalismo de Estado (economía de mercado + partido único) que Díaz-Canel cita como referente. Te explicamos por qué el verdadero obstáculo de la economía cubana es GAESA, el conglomerado militar que controla hasta el 70% del país, y qué cartas le quedan a La Habana (migración, geopolítica con Rusia y China) para negociar con Estados Unidos.
