CasaPound Bari, applicata legge Scelba: condannati militanti vicini a Lega e FdI
Settembre 2018, Bari. Diversi ragazzi vengono brutalmente aggrediti da un gruppo di militanti di Casa Pound al termine di una manifestazione antirazzista. Le telecamere di videosorveglianza riprendono tutto: un pestaggio unilaterale che comporta a una delle vittime due vertebre rotte e una prognosi di un paio di mesi. Ma il 12 febbraio scorso il Tribunale di Bari emette una sentenza storica: per la prima volta, viene applicata la legge Scelba riconoscendo in quei fatti un tentativo di riorganizzazione del partito fascista e l’uso della violenza come strumento di lotta politica. Tra i dodici i condannati in primo grado, anche Ciro Finamore, figura di riferimento di CasaPound a Foggia, vicino ad ambienti della Lega e Fratelli d’Italia.
